Course Description

This course provides students with the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and traffic discipline required to become professional drivers of motor vehicles including cars (up to 6 passengers), motorcycles (bodaboda), and three-wheelers (bajaji). The program emphasizes road safety, defensive driving, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to Tanzanian traffic laws.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will:

• Acquire driving techniques for car, bodaboda, and bajaji

• Understand Zanzibar and Tanzanian road traffic laws

• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance

• Drive safely and responsibly under different road conditions

• Prepare for and pass the official driving license test

5. Motorcycle (Bodaboda) Specific Training
